Digital Mammography

It is a machine that examines the human breast with low-energy X-rays and is used as a diagnostic and screening tool. The goal is to detect breast cancer at an early stage, usually by looking for specific masses and/or minerals in the mammary glands. It, like all X-rays, creates images using ionizing radiation doses. These images are then examined for any anomalies.
