R-Evo Smart Ophthalmic Surgical System

The R-Evo Smart® is an advanced ophthalmic surgical system designed to support both anterior and posterior segment procedures with precision, efficiency, and a surgeon-friendly manner. The compact, modular design consists of multiple technologies in a single system for a wide area of cataract and vitreoretinal procedures. The core of the system is Agile Fluidics™, an advanced fluid management technology that actively controls irrigation and intraocular pressure (IOP) to ensure chamber stability and minimise spikes during surgery. The system also features Minimal Stress™ Technology to improve surgical precision and efficiency by delivering consistent ultrasound energy and maintaining programmed phaco tip movement regardless of varying tissue resistance. The R-Evo Smart® for vitreoretinal procedures features the Twedge™ Dual Blade Vitrectomy Probe, which can achieve up to 20,000 cuts per minute, with stable aspiration flow and better retinal safety. Additional features such as dual independent LED illumination, programmable foot pedal controls, interchangeable peristaltic and Venturi pumps (model dependent) and customisable operating modes offer surgeons greater control and flexibility during every procedure.
