About

Dr. Akshay Budhraja is a highly acclaimed and renowned Interventional Pulmonologist with over 11 years of experience. He is an expert in the field of respiratory, and sleep medicine.

He performs all Bronchoscopic, Thoracoscopic and EBUS-guided interventions. His expertise includes the management of critically ill patients and various respiratory conditions, including bronchial asthma, COPD, pneumonia, respiratory failure, ILD, pulmonary hypertension, sleep disorders, smoking cessation, tuberculosis, sarcoidosis, lung cancer, etc.

Dr. Budhraja is also involved in research paperwork and has written numerous scientific publications. He has delivered lectures at medical colleges, notably the People’s College of Medical Sciences and LN Medical College, as well as AIIMS Bhopal. He is also involved in various international clinical research and has worked as a Principal Investigator in more than 14 international clinical trials.

To date, he has performed 4000+ Bronchoscopies, 600+ EBUS, and 300+ Thoracoscopies. He has performed EBUS in as young as 4-year-old children.
